3D-Modelle des Lockergesteins in Niedersachsen - Elbe-Weser-Region (WMS Dienst)
Das Modell umfasst eine Fläche von etwa 2100 km2 entlang der niedersächsischen Nordseeküste zwischen den Städten Cuxhaven, Stade und Bremerhaven und ist als Basis-Layer-Modell konzipiert. Abgebildet wird der Untergrund bis zur Quartärbasis mit insgesamt 19 geologischen Einheiten.
Mit Hilfe von Hubschrauber-Elektromagnetikdaten (HEM) wurde die drenthezeitliche Stauchungszone von Wingst/Lamstedt als Top-Layer modelliert. Die Einheiten des Zechsteins (EW_18) und der Kreide (EW_19) sind ebenfalls als Top-Layer dargestellt.
